Aqua Awesome, Illustration

To illustrate the concept of how water aerobics can help bone health, I took a skeleton image and manipulated it to hold an aqua dumbbells, then created pool water and a contrasting sky. My illustration was created in Affinity Designer on an iPad Pro.
