The queen of consumption, Marie Antoinette, epitomizes the few who are indifferent to the many—who better to represent the Occupy movement? I ran Photoshop filters on a famous painting of the queen to achieve a posterized illustrated look. I added a hefty slice of cake to her hand. Her famous motto, “Let Them Eat Cake,” is in the background. I love this design and put it on shirts and mugs (scroll down). What surprised me was that most of the customers who bought this design were from Europe.
